1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the management of the ezg88 platform ("Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ezg88 website, services, games and all content provided on this platform.

Each user is only allowed to register and maintain one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same user is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in all such accounts being suspended or terminated, as well as cancellation of all accumulated credits and winnings.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The ezg88 platform supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysia users. All financial transactions are subject to the following rules:

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20
• Minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM50
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)

Withdrawals can only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the user's own name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed and may result in the account being suspended while verification is completed. This policy exists to protect the security of user funds.

ezg88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for compliance review purposes, particularly when there is suspicious activity or a need for additional identity verification. In such situations, our support team will contact the user through their registered channel.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

ezg88 offers various bonuses and promotions to users. All bonus offers are subject to the wagering requirements set out. New users are eligible for a welcome bonus of 150% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500.

The wagering requirement is 15 times the value of the bonus received (not the deposit amount). This means the bonus funds must be used in bets totalling 15 times their value before any winnings generated from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. The original deposit amount is not included in this wagering requirement calculation.

The ezg88 VIP loyalty programme offers weekly cashback to active members across three tiers: Bronze with cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver with cashback of up to 1.0%, and Gold with cashback of up to 1.5%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's level of activity and loyalty to the platform.

Misuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, improper use of bonuses, or any action deemed to be exploitation of promotions, will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the accounts involved being terminated immediately.

5 General Game Rules

The ezg88 platform offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, fish shooting and sports betting. Each category has its own rules which will be displayed in the respective game interface.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed after a round is completed
• Any technical disruption during a game will be resolved based on our server records
• The use of automated software or bots while playing is strictly prohibited
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in situations that are specifically permitted
• ezg88 reserves the right to cancel bets placed during a technical error or odds error

For sports betting, all odds displayed are accurate at the time they are shown. ezg88 reserves the right to update odds before a bet is confirmed. Bets accepted before an odds update are considered valid at the odds at the time of acceptance.

6 Prohibitions and Usage Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities when using the ezg88 platform:

• Attempting to upload or distribute malware, viruses or harmful code
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass regional restrictions or identity verification
• Transferring funds between user accounts to circumvent bonus wagering requirements
• Any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Misusing another user's information or account without their consent
• Spreading false or misleading information about the ezg88 platform

7 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible remaining funds will be returned via the original payment method.

ezg88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, opening of duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, or unlawful activity.

In cases of account closure due to a breach, ezg88 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the funds in the account depending on the severity of the breach and the outcome of an internal investigation.
